+ US$ 3.00 (per night)

The hotel established a special daily rate of R$300.00 (three hundred reais) plus taxes: 10% service + 5% ISS (Tax on Service) + US$3.00 tax with reference to the Rio Convention Bureau.
Note: The rate is valid for a single or double apartment and includes breakfast at the Restaurant A Varanda

The InterContinental Rio is one of the prettiest and comfortable hotels in Rio de Janeiro. It is located in front of the dazzling beach of São Conrado and is near the main tourist points of the city. The hotel is at 10 minutes distance from the Barra da Tujuca, which is the new residential and commercial area of Rio. In the opposite direction, in just 10 minutes´ drive, you can reach the beaches of Leblon and Ipanema, and a short time further on, Copacabana beach.
Not very far away there is the Sugar Loaf (about 25 minutes), the Christ the Redeemer statue (30 minutes) and the center of town.

The organization of RIMSA has reserved 270 apartments at the Hotel InterContinental Rio which will attend to the reservations by order of arrival. After occupation of the 270 apartments, participants can be accommodated in other hotel options which have been reserved by the organization of the meeting.
